Arlan best Key Eidolons
Arlan is a Lightning element character in Honkai Star Rail.
As the Destruction, he specializes in frontal attacks and is at his strongest when fighting alone. Despite his inarticulate nature, Arlan is the head of Herta Space Station’s Security Department and is willing to risk his life to protect the staff who value research. He wears his scars like badges of honor and is accompanied by his loyal dog named Peppy. Although he may not understand scientific research, Arlan is committed to his duty to keep the Herta Space Station and its staff safe.
