The Constellations of Tartaglia are as below :
C1 : Decreases the CD of Foul Legacy: Raging Tide by 20%
C2 : When opponents affected by Riptide are defeated, Tartaglia regenerates 4 Elemental Energy.
C3 : Increases the Level of Foul Legacy: Raging Tide by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C4 : If Tartaglia is in Foul Legacy: Raging Tide‘s Melee Stance, triggers Riptide Slash against opponents on the field affected by Riptide every 4s, otherwise, triggers Riptide Flash.
Riptide Slashes and Riptide Flashes triggered by this Constellation effect are not subject to the time intervals that would typically apply to these two Riptide effects, nor do they have any effect on those time intervals.
C5：Increases the Level of Havoc: Obliteration by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C6 : When Havoc: Obliteration is cast in Melee Stance, the CD of Foul Legacy: Raging Tide is reset. This effect will only take place once Tartaglia returns to his Ranged Stance.
C1, C2 and C6 are more valuable constellations. C1 increases the uptime of Tartaglia’s Melee Stance. C2 helps recharge of Tartaglia’s Elemental Burst, while C6 allows Tartaglia reset CD of his Elemental Skill after using Elemental Burst.
Tartaglia Best Weapon
There are various weapons which are suitable for Tartaglia. The first one is Skyward Harp. Skyward Harp greatly increases the CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG of Tartaglia.
Thundering Pulse is another best 5-Star weapon for Tartaglia. Thundering Pulse is even better than Skyward Harp. It increases ATK of Tartaglia and also Normal Attack DMG.

Tartaglia Best Teams
Tartaglia usually participates in Vaporize Team and Electro-Charge Team. After release of Raiden Shogun, Tartaglia teams up with Raiden Shogun and form double-DPS team. So here are the suggestions of formation of Tartaglia best teams :
1. Vaporize Team – Tartaglia, Xiangling, Kazuha, Bennett.
Tartaglia is the main DPS in this team. The core of this team is the maximization of Tartaglia’s DMG by Vaporization. Both Kazuha and Bennett can further increase DMG of whole team.
2. Electro Charge Team – Tartaglia, Fischl, Beidou, Bennett
Tartaglia is the main DPS in this team. The core of this team is the additional AoE DMG brought by Electro-Charge. Fischl and Beidou can provide continuous off-field Electro Element for Electro-Charge.
3. Double DPS Team with Raiden Shogun – Raiden Shogun, Kujou Sara, Tartaglia, Bennett
Tartaglia is the Sub DPS in this team. The core of this team is the Double-DPS. Both Raiden Shogun and Tartaglia can deal massive DMG. Moreover, Raiden Shogun can boost the Elemental Burst of Tartaglia so that he can use it more often.
