Xingqiu is a young man carrying a longsword who is frequently seen at book booths.
Xingqiu is the most powerful Hydro Support in Genshin Impact at the moment. Xingqiu Sub DPS and Support Build are mostly used by travelers. His Elemental Burst maximize the team DPS even he is off field.
Xingqiu has different ways to help the party. Not only can increase party’s DPS by using the Elemental Burst, but also help other characters to trigger element reaction easily. Xingqiu performs twin strikes with his sword, dealing Hydro DMG. At the same time, this ability creates the maximum number of Rain Swords, which will orbit your active character.
The Rain Swords have the following properties:
- When a character takes DMG, the Rain Sword will shatter, reducing the amount of DMG taken.
- Increase the character’s resistance to interruption.
- 20% of Xingqiu’s Hydro DMG Bonus will be converted to additional DMG Reduction for the Rain Swords. The maximum amount of additional DMG Reduction that can be gained this way is 24%.
- The initial maximum number of Rain Swords is 3.
- Using this ability applies the Wet status onto the character.

Xingqiu is a Sub DPS in the team. Xingqiu Sub DPS build is used.
Xingqiu’s Elemental Burst can attach Hydro element to enemies continuously, and so react with Hu Tao’s Pyro DMG to trigger Vaporization.
Sucrose provides Mastery buff to team members, as a result the DMG of Vaporization is increased.
